Construction Drafter, Site Co-Ordinator & Site Engineer

Job Summary

Prepare and revise construction and architectural drawings using AutoCAD, coordinate site activities, and ensure project compliance with specifications, safety, and quality standards to support timely and smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

Prepare and revise construction drawings, shop drawings, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD to meet project requirements

Develop architectural, structural, and related construction drawings including layout plans, sections, elevations, and construction details

Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies

Assist project teams with drawing submissions and revisions to ensure accuracy and compliance

Perform drafting and project coordination tasks as assigned to support project progress

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities to maintain workflow and safety

Ensure all works comply with project specifications, drawings, schedules, and safety requirements

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to facilitate smooth project execution

Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation for effective tracking

Attend project meetings to resolve technical, operational, and site coordination issues promptly

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and company procedures throughout project execution

Support project planning, resource allocation, and timely completion of assigned tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree or Diploma from recognized tertiary establishment in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services

Relevant experience in a similar role is advantageous

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a resourceful team player

Willingness to work and respond after office hours and on weekends

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively
