Production Planner (Manufacturing / Precision Engineering)

Location: Buroh Street, a few bus stops from Boon Lay MRT

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm

Salary: Up to $3,500 basic + Bonus

Employment Type: Permanent

Main Responsibilities

Review work orders and ensure production requirements are accurately captured.

Maintain production planning and scheduling records.

Raise purchase requisitions for subcontract processes such as plating and heat treatment.

Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely availability of raw materials and parts.

Work closely with Production Supervisors and Managers on production schedules.

Monitor production orders and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely completion.

Support other production planning and coordination duties as assigned.

Requirements

At least 1 year of production planning experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Good Microsoft Excel and general MS Office skills.

Experience with Navision or similar ERP systems will be advantageous.

Able to coordinate production schedules, materials and subcontract processes.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related discipline will be advantageous.
