Guest Service Officer (Up to $2.8k with meal allowance/Shift Duties/5 days rotating/Hospitality)

Our Client is looking for Guest Service Officer to join the team in the hospitality industry.

Support the Residence Manager in providing excellent guest service.

Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.

Manage cashiering duties and follow company procedures.

Maintain good relationships with guests and provide a welcoming experience.

Follow safety, security and emergency procedures.

Provide information on residence facilities and local attractions.

Maintain a neat, professional appearance and organised work area.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Able to perform shift, including overnight shift

Position is on 5 days (including weekends/PH-depending on roster)

Great interpersonal skills, courteous and good communication skills
