We are seeking a driven, self-starting Business Development Executive to accelerate our client acquisition and support recruitment operations. In this dual-impact role, you will connect business development with talent fulfillment—generating new leads, executing outreach, and partnering closely with our operations team to match top talent with the right corporate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Generation: Source prospective corporate leads, execute cold calls, and actively secure new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with prospective, new, and existing accounts.

Candidate Matching & Operational Support: Liaise directly with our operations team to align staffing demands with qualified candidate profiles.

Process & Workflow Optimization: Pitch and implement practical, forward-thinking ideas to elevate day-to-day operations and outreach effectiveness.

Client Servicing: Handle client inquiries promptly to ensure seamless, reliable service delivery across every account.

Requirements

Educational Background: Minimum ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec or equivalent certification.

Licensing: Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI Basic) is a plus, but not required (candidates without a license are fully welcome).

Professional Attributes:

Self-directed, highly motivated, and quick to take initiative.

Confident with cold outreach and outbound sales calls.

Resilient under pressure, meeting deadlines, and tackling ambitious goals.

Committed to self-improvement and ongoing skill acquisition.

Language Proficiency: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; fluency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.
