SUPERVISOR

Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards

Supervise and coordinate the work of food and beverage staff, including assigning responsibilities and preparing work schedules

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations

Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies for both food and beverage operations

Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly

Train new employees on standard operating procedures and safety protocols

Assist in managing the coffee shop’s P&L performance and cost control

Job Requirements:

Candidates with leadership experience in the food and beverage industry or related service sectors are preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
