Job Summary
Join Kidmando’s high-performance youth sports program, working alongside World Rugby-certified coaches to develop athlete pathways from grassroots multisports to international rugby tours and scholarships. Build a long-term career in sports coaching and management.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with World Rugby-certified coaches and strength & conditioning specialists to deliver high-standard youth sports training programs
Develop and implement coaching strategies that shape athlete pathways from grassroots multisports to international rugby tours and US university scholarships
Demonstrate coaching skills, energy, and ability to connect with athletes during practical working interviews on the field
Contribute to a professional, high-performance environment focused on long-term career growth in sports coaching, operations, and management
Uphold and promote a winning culture by maintaining world-class standards in training, competition, and team collaboration
Participate in international tours and competitive events to support athlete development and team success
