Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfilment.

Work closely with engineers, technicians, and the Operations Manager to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

Oversee loading, unloading, staging, and movement of equipment/machinery in compliance with safety standards.

Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness and reduce downtime.

Ensure maintenance schedules for equipment are adhered to and that machinery is stored and handled safely.

Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support seamless operational processes.

Enforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Address operational challenges proactively and provide effective, timely solutions.

Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in operations, preferably in the heavy construction machinery or equipment rental industry.

2 – 5 years of overall supervisory experience in warehouse, yard, or logistics operations.

Valid forklift license; experience operating or overseeing movement of heavy machinery is an advantage.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
