Manager Demand Center, Rest of APAC

About this Position

Based in Singapore, this role will lead end-to-end demand generation across APAC (excluding China), driving pipeline growth through integrated digital marketing, search strategy (SEO/SEM/GEO), and targeted demand programs. It combines strategic leadership, hands-on oversight, and cross-functional alignment to deliver scalable, high-impact marketing programs across the region.

What you´ll do

Develop and lead the APAC demand generation strategy, aligning regional initiatives with country and SBU growth objectives while localizing global campaigns to meet market-specific needs.

Drive digital growth and lead acquisition through the optimization of SEO, SEM, GEO, websites, social media, and other digital channels to maximize visibility, engagement, and pipeline generation.

Own end-to-end funnel performance, establishing lead management governance, measurement frameworks, and seamless integration between marketing automation and CRM systems to improve lead quality, nurturing, and conversion.

Lead regional campaign planning and execution, designing and overseeing multi-channel demand generation programs aligned with target audiences, personas, and messaging strategies.

Manage performance analytics and investment decisions, leveraging data, dashboards, and insights to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and strengthen pipeline impact.

Provide team and stakeholder leadership, coaching and developing team members, collaborating with SBUs, managing agency partners, and fostering a data-driven, agile, and experimentation-led culture.

Support strategic business priorities and special initiatives, including high-impact projects, pilot programs, and other responsibilities as assigned.

What makes you a good fit

10+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing

Solid expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools etc.; Proven experience managing regional APAC marketing programs, with the ability to adapt to diverse markets and cultures

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Business-driven strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution capabilities; Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills

Open-minded, with a strong willingness to learn and adopt the latest tools and techniques
