1.   Assistthe Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing nursing servicesto ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.

2.   Superviseand mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and ongoing education toenhance their clinical skills and knowledge.

3.   Collaboratewith interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plansfor residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs aremet.

4.   Monitorand evaluate nursing care delivery, identifying areas for improvement andimplementing corrective actions as necessary.

5.   Ensurecompliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures governingnursing practices and resident care.

6.   Participatein quality assurance programs, conducting regular audits, and implementingmeasures to enhance the quality of care and resident satisfaction.

7.   Actas a liaison between nursing staff, residents, families, and healthcareproviders, fostering effective communication and resolving any issues orconcerns that may arise.

8.   Managestaffing levels, scheduling, and assignments to ensure adequate coverage andoptimal utilization of resources.

9.   Assistin budget planning and management, monitoring expenses, and optimizing resourceallocation to achieve operational efficiency.

10.  Stay updated on current trends, bestpractices, and advancements in nursing care, incorporating new knowledge andtechniques into practice as appropriate.
