Vendor Management

Manage MSD clearances for vendors

Manage AUP/OSA signing for vendor annually.

Manage vendor onboarding and exit clearances

Asset and Account Management

Manage issuance and collection of project laptops

Coordination and management of laptop issues with the help of 3rd party laptop vendor.

Manage provisioning and deprovisioning of all accounts used by OneNS project

Project and O&S activities

Perform minute taking for project meetings

Monitoring of O&S routine activities and timeline

Job Requirements

• Tertiary qualification (at least diploma )
• Proficient with MS Office products like Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Ability to carry out simple reporting and data analytics.
• Ability to work comfortably with people outside of the existing project team.
