12 Months Temporary Marketing & Communications Assistant

Please note that this role will be under a payroll parking arrangement.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who would like to obtain experience in Marketing and Communications in finance.

A self-starter, you will be supporting the Communications team in Asia with various projects and daily work. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a strong affinity to producing content and supporting the team with events.

Responsibilities

• Support in drafting client and staff communications as required
• Support with client and staff events
• Support in reviewing translations for publications or other collaterals as 4-eye check as required
• Support the Head of Media Relations Asia with media activities and daily reporting
• Support the Communications Asia team with administrative tasks such as processing invoices, creating reports, etc

Competencies:

• High proficiency in spoken English with Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage, and written English with Simplified/Traditional Chinese an advantage.
• Event management experience.
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good multitasking and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team across geographies.
• Excellent IT skills in Microsoft office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.
