Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Hardware Design:  Lead the schematic design, component selection, and full lifecycle development of AI server motherboards and system boards.

Platform Integration:  Seamlessly integrate NVIDIA GPU architectures with Intel Xeon / AMD EPYC processors, DDR5 memory, PCIe, NVMe storage, BMC, and high-speed networking subsystems.

Layout & Execution:  Drive PCB layout reviews, high-speed routing strategies, and board bring-up while leading systematic hardware validation and debugging efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Partner closely with Signal Integrity/Power Integrity (SI/PI), Power, Thermal, Mechanical, and Firmware engineering teams to ensure optimal design performance and reliability.

Production Engineering:  Support hardware builds through EVT, DVT, and PVT stages, driving a smooth transition into full mass production.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:  5+ years of hands-on experience in server motherboard or high-performance hardware design.

Domain Expertise:  Proven track record in complex, multi-layer server motherboard and PCB design.

Interface Knowledge:  Deep technical understanding of PCIe Gen5/Gen6, DDR5, ultra-high-speed signaling, and robust power delivery architectures.

Validation Skills:  Direct, hands-on experience in board bring-up, signal characterization, hardware debugging, and failure analysis.

EDA Tools:  Proficiency with Cadence OrCAD/Allegro, Siemens Xpedition, or equivalent industry-standard EDA tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep experience with NVIDIA GPU server architectures (e.g., H100, H200, B200, B300, or HGX bases).

Familiarity with NVIDIA NVLink and NVSwitch high-speed interconnect technology.

Direct experience designing around current-generation AMD EPYC or Intel Xeon enterprise platforms.
