Senior Civil Engineer

Job Summary

Lead the planning, design, and contract administration for MSCP multi-storey carpark improvement projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and contractor management.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed plans and designs for multi-storey carpark improvement projects to meet HDB standards and requirements

Coordinate effectively with stakeholders including HDB, branch offices, and town councils to align project objectives and resolve issues

Administer HDB contracts by managing contractors and overseeing work quality and progress across a portfolio of approximately 35-38 carparks

Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to contract terms and successful completion

Required competencies and certifications

Possess a PEB, IES or Washington Accord recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

Basic Auctocad and basic structural engineering skill is a must

Work experience mainly in building industry (not oil&gas or civil/infra work)

Good Project coordination and management skill

Good Human Skill and high EQ, willingness to serve

Qualifications and Remuneration

4 to 8 years of relevant experience for Degree holders in the above field

Allowances for transport,  telecommunication, insurance, bonus, AWS, gratuity - NIL

Other Information

Contract duration: 30 months

5.5 Day work, work environment is office in matured estate
