Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and assess potential candidates based on hiring requirements.
• Conduct interviews and manage candidate selection procedures.
• Develop job descriptions and prepare interview questions.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and hiring activities.
• Lead discussions with departments on quarterly and annual manpower and hiring needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Actively participate in Human Resource activities related to hiring, candidate management, and talent acquisition.
• Support the team in achieving recruitment targets and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Recruitment or HR experience is an advantage, but Training provided.
• Open to professionals, students, fresh graduates, and individuals seeking flexible work opportunities.
