Sales Admin Coordinator

About the role

As a Sales Admin Coordinator at AV Media Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the Client & Sales Administration department. This full-time position is based in the Bukit Batok, offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for growth.

What you'll be doing

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, managing client records, and maintaining accurate sales data

Assist with the preparation of sales-related documents, such as quotes, delivery order and invoices.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients

Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures

Participate in team meetings and help identify opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for:

Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

Experience in a client-facing or sales support role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry

Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and prioritise multiple tasks

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
