We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team specializing in Audio-Visual (AV) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing AV equipment for both indoor and outdoor settings.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Provide maintenance, setup, repair and support for audiovisual and technical equipment at client locations, both indoors and outdoors.

Perform in-house repairs and diagnostics on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.

Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently.

Document all service activities, issues, and resolutions accurately.

Follow safety protocols and procedures during all service activities, especially when working outdoors or in challenging environments.

*Requirements:*

• Technical diploma or

equivalent in a related field.

• Experience in audiovisual equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to workindependently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license.
