Position title: Account cum Admin
Location: Kallang Pudding Road
Working Days: 5 Day A Week [ Monday - Friday]
Working hours: 9:00am -6:00pm
Salary: Up to $3500 [ depends on experience ]
Responsibilities
Handle basic accounting duties, including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
Prepare and maintain accounting records and documentation.
Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and office coordination.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and assist with day-to-day office operations.
Support other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in accounting and/or administrative work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
