Marketing & Events Coordinator Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised intern to support our marketing, events and business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, event coordination and working with innovative technology and workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to social media enquiries, comments and customer feedback across various platforms.

Coordinate marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions and corporate events.

Liaise with vendors, venue operators and partners to ensure smooth event execution.

Assist in creating marketing content, presentations and promotional materials.

Conduct market research and identify potential business or partnership opportunities.

Maintain marketing databases and prepare basic reports.

Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects assigned by the management team.

Requirements

Diploma or undergraduate student in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality or a related discipline.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and social media platforms.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
