CALL CENTRE OFFICER | 1-YEAR CONTRACT | GOV
📍 Location: Havelock
💰 Salary: $2,600/month
📅 Contract: 1 Year
🕐 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 6.00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries professionally
- Provide accurate information and assistance to callers
- Attend to customer requests and follow up where required
- Record and update information accurately in the system
- Escalate complex enquiries to the relevant team when necessary
- Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned
