Job Scope:

Assess residents’ health conditions and provide appropriate nursing care.
Supervise, pack, and administer medications according to doctors’ instructions.
Check and update medication charts regularly to ensure accuracy.
Monitor and report any changes in residents’ medical conditions to the nursing team or doctor.
Liaise with doctors and caregivers to ensure proper follow-up and continuity of care.
