*URGENT* Clinic Receptionist (Clinic, 5,5 days Office Hours) #HRY

5.5 days OH 8.30am to 5.30pm

Will be rotated around 4 clinics (Farrer Park, Mt E, Mt E Novena, Gleneagles)

Perform clinical frontline duties: registration, appointment bookings, phone calls, etc. using clinic system.

Provide Pre-operation advise for patients.

Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.

Assist doctor with chaperone and other medical procedure

Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff.

Perform daily counter closing and alert superiors on discrepancies if any.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
