Job Summary

Lead operations and staff development to ensure consumer satisfaction and timely completion of ACMV service tasks, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Drive consumer satisfaction by managing service quality and resolving client enquiries and feedback effectively

Develop and lead a high-performing team by planning and delivering staff training programs and conducting daily team meetings for performance review and development

Manage operations to ensure fault, repair, installation, maintenance, and emergency work are completed within timelines and meet quality standards

Assess site-specific operational challenges and implement solutions to resolve conflicts and improve team performance

Enforce adherence to customer guidelines, safety standards, and house rules across all site activities

Conduct site visits to monitor technician performance, job progress, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction

Respond promptly to emergency calls outside working hours to maintain service continuity

Execute any other ad-hoc assignments as directed by management

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 5 years of experience managing ACMV works

Possess a Singapore Class 3 Driver’s License

Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software applications

Hold a valid Work at Height Certificate for Assessor/Manager roles
