Staff Nurse (ICU) - Intensive Care Unit [AY]

Working Hours

12-hour rotating shifts, including night shifts

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised nursing care for critically ill patients.

Monitor patients' conditions and promptly identify and escalate changes in clinical status.

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established nursing protocols and procedures.

Assist doctors with clinical procedures and provide appropriate nursing support.

Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.

Ensure safe nursing practices and high standards of patient care.

Work closely with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals as part of the multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.

Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ICU / Critical Care.

Candidates with experience in ICU, Critical Care, HDU, CCU or other acute care settings are welcome to apply.

Advanced Diploma in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent will be an advantage.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including night shifts.
