Marketing & Operations Intern (Admin Support)

Working Location(s): Work From Home WFH as well as Serviced Offices in CBD areas and CBD fringe-areas
2Nats is hiring an admin-focused intern to support our internal operations and internal hiring administration
What you’ll do (Admin priority):
Document management: filing, naming conventions, version control
Formatting and preparing internal documents (Docs/Word), checklists, SOPs
Scheduling support (internal meetings only) + follow-up trackers
Maintaining internal spreadsheets/trackers (tasks, vendors, inventories)
Light internal research to support ops (summaries, sourcing references)
General Online Digital Work
