A shipping firm is looking for a Full Sets Accounts Executive (6 months contract)

Your new role

Assist with intercompany recharges

Handle Full Set Of Accounts

Check Suppliers Invoices & Seek Approval Before Process Payment

Able To Handle AP/AR/GST Functions

Petty Cash Reimbursement

Monthly Bank Reconciliations & Prepare For Audit And Tax Purposes

Assist With The Preparation Of Month-End Closing And Year-End Audits

Participate In Stock Take Events And Inventory Related Matters

Assist In Any Ad-Hoc Duties As Assigned

Actively follow up on outstanding matters from prior months to ensure timely and appropriate resolution

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

1 year of relevant working experience with Degree in Accountancy, or at least 5 years of relevant working experience with Diploma in Accountancy
