Handle customer objections and rejection professionally to maintain positive engagement and improve sales outcomes

Collaborate with a young, energetic team to contribute positive energy to marketing campaigns and achieve team goals

Participate in 1-to-1 mentorship to develop sales, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

Take initiative to challenge personal sales targets and strive to exceed previous performance

Adapt to different campaigns and environments, including travel and overseas learning opportunities, to broaden experience and network

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and self-motivation to progress from learner to performer and leader within the team
