Responsibilities

Sales & Business

Identify and engage new customer opportunities to generate leads and acquire customers

Present products, services, and campaigns clearly to customers to support sales growth

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets through effective customer interactions

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending suitable solutions

Support business expansion and market growth through proactive sales activities

Marketing & Branding

Increase brand awareness and market presence by representing established brands and organizations

Execute face-to-face marketing campaigns to promote brands through direct customer engagement

Communicate brand messages effectively to introduce campaigns to new target audiences

Gather customer feedback and market insights to support marketing events and roadshows

People & Communication

Engage and communicate confidently with diverse customers to build rapport and deliver brand presentations

Develop strong communication and negotiation skills to provide a positive customer experience

Collaborate closely with a driven sales and marketing team to achieve shared goals

Progression / Leadership

Learn sales and marketing fundamentals through ongoing coaching and development

Develop leadership and team management skills by mentoring new team members as you progress
