Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition/ Construction, North Region)

Responsibilities

Lead and guide HRBP team in talent acquisition and HR advisory.

Partner with business units on manpower planning and recruitment strategies.

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Drive employer branding, candidate experience and recruitment improvements.

Monitor recruitment KPIs, hiring timelines and costs.

Support HR operations and employee lifecycle matters, including work passes, onboarding, benefits, performance, retention and employee relations.

Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs and compliance practices.

Coach and develop HR team members.

Lead HR digitalisation and automation projects to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.

5–7 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in Talent Acquisition and HRBP.

Experience supervising/coaching HR team members.

Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.

Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Organised, independent, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR systems and recruitment platforms.
