Retail Supervisor

Job Description:

Team Supervision

Guide and supervise sales staff during daily work.

Train new employees and support team members when needed.

Plan staff roster and arrange staff duties to ensure enough coverage on the shop floor.

Customer Service

Provide friendly and helpful service to customers.

Handle customer questions, feedback, or complaints.

Assist to resolve cashiering issues and ensure smooth checkout flow.

Store Operations

Make sure the store is clean, organised, and presentable.

Support the team to achieve sales targets.

Merchandising

Assist with promotional or seasonal setup.

Stock Handling

Work with the stockroom to manage inventory and replenishment.

Help with receiving, packing, sorting, and arranging stock when required.

Assist in stock checks and report any differences.

Administrative Support

Follow company procedures and safety rules.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

At least 2 years retail experience required; supervisory experience is a plus.

Willing to be hands-on with both sales floor and operations tasks.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.
