Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor equipment at customer sites.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment reliability and timely service resolution.

Provide technical support and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams throughout the service process.

Ensure all service activities comply with established procedures, workplace safety requirements, environmental standards, and applicable regulations.

Maintain service documentation and build positive working relationships with customers and suppliers while supporting other service-related activities as required.

Requirements

2 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or related technical industry is preferred.

Hands-on experience in equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair.

Strong technical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
