Contract Order Processing Senior Associate | Up to $3.5K | Office Hours #HYNA
We are hiring an Order Processing Senior Associate to support order fulfilment and supply chain operations in a leading healthcare company. Immediate start is available.
Salary: $3,000–$3,500/month
Contract: 1 year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Office Hours
Job Responsibilities
Process customer sales orders and coordinate fulfilment with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
Manage stock transfers, inventory movements and ERP updates.
Perform stock reconciliation and maintain accurate documentation.
Prepare operational reports and support supply chain process improvements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in order processing, customer service, sales support or operations.
Good organisational and coordination skills.
Comfortable working with ERP systems and inventory data.
