Job Description
Manage the Tree House / Student Services Hub and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students.
Build positive relationships with identified students and support their holistic development.
Provide socio-emotional and academic support to students during curriculum hours.
Plan and conduct customised intervention, mentoring and engagement programmes.
Observe, identify and document students’ needs and report concerns to the Student Development Team.
Provide feedback on students’ needs and programme effectiveness to support continuous improvement.
Review engagement programmes and recommend improvements for future implementation.
Work professionally with students and school personnel and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Youth Work or a related discipline.
Registered Social Worker / Social Work Practitioner with theSingapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).
Preferably a Certified Practitioner in Restorative Practice /Building Relational Capacity.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services,working with students with additional needs, or supporting children and youth.
Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.
Medically fit and healthy
