Position Title: Structure Engineer

Working Location: Expo

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.45pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Prepare design calculations for building façades using design software.

Perform structural calculations and simulations to ensure compliance with relevant building codes and specifications.

Work with the design team and quantity surveyors to resolve structural issues for façade works.

Review architectural drawings and develop practical façade design solutions that meet the design intent and are buildable.

Collaborate with consultants, the Professional Engineer (PE), and the Accredited Checker (AC) on structural matters, ensuring alignment with shop drawings for submission.

Prepare and manage BCA submissions for approval.

Maintain records in line with ISO/OHSAS procedures.

Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Proficient with structural analysis software.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural plans.
