Position Title: Sales Engineer (Marine Engineering)

Working Location: Tuas West Road (8 minutes walking distance from the MRT)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5:30PM (One Saturday per month, 9AM – 12PM)

Salary Package: Up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining products and services clearly.

Coordinate with customers and the operations team to assess service job requirements.

Work with administrative staff to arrange engineer deployment.

Manage order securing, renewal processes, and oversee overseas delivery/logistics.

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide appropriate sales or technical support.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department head.

Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marine Engineering or a relevant field.

At least 1 year of experience in the marine industry.

Strong technical knowledge of marine engines and spare parts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships quickly.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Mature, independent, and team-oriented with a positive work attitude.

Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take initiative.

Willingness to travel as required.
