💼 Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 2 IT support tickets
• Support laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices
• Manage user accounts, system access and SAP roles
• Handle IT onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain IT asset records
• Set up and troubleshoot meeting-room AV equipment
• Support IT projects and service improvements

📝 Requirements

• Min Diploma
• Relevant experience in IT support, desktop support or end-user computing
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and connectivity
• Familiar with user account administration and ticketing systems
• Knowledge of SAP access management and AV support is advantageous
• Good communication and customer-service skills
