Position Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Working Location: Bukit Batok

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Commission + Transport Allowance

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Generate sales leads and seek out new customers

Meet or exceed set sales targets

Acquire new customers through cold calls and marketing activities

Negotiate contracts with potential clients

Help set pricing for quotes, promotions, and negotiations

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

Develop proposals and presentations to address customer needs

Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs

Understand and promote company products and services

Help create marketing plans and initiatives to generate leads

Obtain deposits and balance payments from clients

Prepare and submit sales contracts

Visit clients and prospects to understand needs or promote products and services

Maintain up-to-date client records

Respond to client questions about products, prices, and availability

Perform other duties or projects as assigned

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, economics, or a related field

Experience in sales, preferably in IT or marine industry

Good understanding of the sales process

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
