Senior / Physiotherapist, 5 Days Office Hours (Public Healthcare) HMZ

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and provide appropriate therapy interventions for patients with various conditions within the primary care setting.

Develop individualized treatment plans and implement suitable therapy modalities based on patients’ medical conditions and functional needs.

Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress using appropriate outcome measures and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on rehabilitation, preventive care, and continued management of conditions.

Conduct health education talks and community outreach programmes focusing on fall prevention and overall wellness.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care and effective treatment outcomes.

Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and service enhancement projects within the department.

Provide supervision, guidance, and training to students, trainees, and junior staff members.

What we're looking for:

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.

Registered with AHPC

Ability to work well independently in a challenging environment alongside a multi-disciplinary team.

Ability to demonstrate and articulate sound clinical knowledge and reasoning, critical thinking, judgement, and decision-making in the provision of care.
