Job Description

Position Title: Sales Consultant

Working Location: Central Region

Working Hours: 5-days work week (8 days off a month) | 10am-8pm (weekend 10am-7pm)

Salary Package: Basic $2,500 - $3,500 + Commission + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and build good relationships with them.

Conduct face and body consultations using structured assessment methods.

Recommend suitable treatment plans based on customers’ goals.

Follow up with clients and record their progress through notes and photos.

Handle sales enquiries in a calm, confident, and professional manner.

Work closely with the team to ensure customers have a smooth experience.

Maintain service standards, follow company procedures, and keep records accurate.

At least 3 years of experience in beauty, wellness, spa, retail, or hospitality.

Strong communication skills and able to explain information clearly.

Service-oriented, empathetic, and reliable.

Goal-driven with good follow-through.

Comfortable using digital tools for appointments and notes.
