Position Title: Facility Technician (M&E)

Working Location: West – Tuas South (Nearest MRT: Tuas Link)

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 7.45am-4.45pm)

Salary Package: Basic Up to SGD 3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on essential building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting

Quickly address maintenance concerns to reduce downtime and ensure safety

Operate and monitor the building management systems (BMS) to confirm that mechanical and electrical systems are functioning correctly

Regularly inspect equipment, such as forklifts and VNAs, report any irregularities, and arrange for necessary repairs or replacements

Adhere to safety regulations and building codes

Keep detailed records of all maintenance work and repairs

Perform routine safety audits and emergency response drills

Support the overall maintenance of the facility, including tasks like painting, carpentry, and small-scale construction projects

Liaise with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations when required

Handle emergency maintenance calls promptly

Manage an inventory of maintenance tools, parts, and supplies

Procure and store essential replacement parts as required

Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, equipment logs, and repairs conducted

Generate reports detailing the condition of the facility and maintenance activities undertaken

Min. ITE in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Mechanical

Min. 3 year of experience in related field, having experience in lift maintenance is a plus

Skilled in operating and troubleshooting electrical systems

Comfortable working outdoors which may involve exposure to various weather conditions

Periodic maintenance duties at the headquarters may be required

Must have Class 3 driving license for vehicle testing
