Senior/Staff Nurse (Urgent Care) (ID: 711474)

Our established private healthcare client in the Central region is seeking to hire Senior/ Staff Nurses to join their growing team!

Central location accessible by public transport

3 rotating shift, 5 days across Mon-Sun

Yearly AWS + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities

Perform patient triage, conduct nursing assessments, and deliver direct care for acute non-life-threatening conditions.

Assist physicians with procedures such as wound care, suturing, ECGs, and IV therapy; participate in emergency response and resuscitation as needed.

Administer medications safely, monitor for adverse reactions, and conduct medication reconciliation.

Verify patient registration and ensure thorough documentation to support billing and charge capture.

Complete administrative forms, including insurance claims, referrals, and lab/radiology requests.

Uphold patient safety and confidentiality, effectively communicate with the care team, and educate patients and caregivers on treatment and discharge.

Maintain a clean clinical environment, ensure clinical equipment readiness, and adhere to infection prevention protocols.

Conduct stock checks of medications and supplies, participating in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognized institution.

Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with a valid practising certificate

Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience, ideally with acute or emergency conditions.

Familiarity with clinical documentation and billing systems in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
