Position Title: M&E Coordinator

Working Location: Islandwide

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8am - 6pm, Sat 8am - 12pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,300 + Allowances + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site to meet design, safety, quality, and schedule targets.

Assist Project Manager in the Project Management, Project Planning, coordination and preparation of documents for submission.

Ensure smooth delivery of projects through effective planning, management and deployment of resources.

Liaise with various related parties including customer, sub-contractor on site to ensure project requirements are met.

Identify and record any problems relating to the products and processes.

Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline

Has at least 1 year of M&E Engineering experience

Able to plan/coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies

Autodesk Revit MEP experience will be an advantage
