Position Title: IT Manager (Infrastructure & ERP)

Working Location: Tai Seng (8 minutes walking distance from the MRT)

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Insurance + Transport Reimbursement

Duration: 1 year contract (renewable)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations.

Manage ERP implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and user support.

Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.

Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, backups, disaster recovery, and IT compliance.

Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.

Provide technical guidance and support to internal users.

Ensure the reliable operation of servers, cloud services, and network infrastructure.

Plan IT budgets and manage hardware, software, and other IT assets.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and business operations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

At least 8 years of relevant IT experience.

At least 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.

Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Epicor Kinetic ERP.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity.

Experience managing IT vendors and technology projects.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in manufacturing or trading environments is an advantage.
