Position: Sales Coordinator – Order Processing & Logistics

Location: Henderson

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM

Salary: Basic up to $3,500 Basic

Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical

Duration: 1 Year Contract (Convertible to Permanent)

Our client is an established engineering and industrial solutions company supporting customers across Singapore and regional markets. They are seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage quotations, customer orders and shipment coordination.

Responsibilities

Prepare customer quotations and follow up when required.

Process purchase orders and place orders with suppliers.

Confirm pricing, lead times and order details.

Coordinate shipments with customers and logistics partners.

Monitor delivery status and provide timely updates.

Support other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, order processing or customer service.

Good coordination, follow-up and organisational skills.

Able to manage multiple orders accurately.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
