Customer Engineer – Semiconductor Equipment (12 month contract) UID:2269

Location:  One-North Coast, Singapore

Working Hours:  9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days:  Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of semiconductor equipment.

Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware and process-related issues.

Support customers to maximise equipment uptime and performance.

Participate in technical escalations and work closely with engineering teams to resolve complex issues.

Follow all safety, quality and operational procedures.

Maintain a high standard of customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Read and understand engineering documents, diagrams and technical specifications.

Work in a cleanroom environment when required.

Requirements

We welcome candidates from a variety of technical backgrounds, including:

Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation or field service.

Manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace or precision engineering.

Electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics or industrial equipment servicing.

Equipment maintenance, troubleshooting or technical servicing.

Entry-level and non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply, provided you have strong technical aptitude and are willing to learn.

What We’re Looking For

Strong hands-on mechanical, electrical or equipment maintenance skills.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, diagrams and technical documents.

Able to work independently as well as within a team.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
