Position Title: Sales Manager (Oil & Gas / Valves)

Working Location: Pioneer

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 17:30 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Petrol Reimbursement + Medical & Dental Benefits

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned key accounts and develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Negotiate contracts and support successful deal closures.

Conduct market analysis and prepare sales forecasts.

Monitor and report sales performance to the Sales Manager/Director.

Support customers in the Oil & Gas industry and apply knowledge of instrumentation and valves where required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Process, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in sales, business development, or a related technical field.

Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Strong negotiation, contract management, and customer relationship skills.

Good understanding of market analysis and sales forecasting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Driving licence and own vehicle would be advantageous.

Industry experience is an advantage.
