Position Title: QA QC Supervisor

Working Location: Tuas

Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the project's QA/QC system to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.

Prepare Project Quality Plans (PQP), QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and other quality documentation.

Conduct quality briefings and perform site inspections to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved specifications and good practices.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor in-process quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare, issue, and follow up on quality inspection reports and ensure timely closure of non-conformance items.

Monitor the progress of CONQUAS, Quality Mark, or other quality assessment programmes.

Liaise with authorities, consultants, Project Managers, and site teams on quality-related matters.

Maintain proper records of QA/QC documents, inspection reports, test results, and authority submissions.

Conduct stage inspections covering material checks, component alignment, visual inspection, bolting, painting, fabrication, and erection works.

Prepare Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), coordinate welder qualification tests, and develop welding quality control and repair procedures.

Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering disciplines.

Minimum 3 years of QA/ QC experience in the construction industry.

Hands-on experience in quality inspections, QA/QC documentation, and quality management systems.

Experience in LTA projects will be an added advantage.

Good communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
