Senior Executive Assistant (HR Shared Services/ Healthcare) #HZO

Location: 1 yr contract

Salary: Up to $3K (Depending on experience) + Completion Bonus

Location: West

Job scope:

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
• Ensure the services are delivered in line with ’ policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
• Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector.
• Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
