Key Responsibilities

Handle invoicing for revenue recognition and ad hoc billing.

Manage Cost of Sales (COS) accruals.

Verify billing documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorisation.

Process and post journal entries in the accounting system.

Monitor outstanding debts and follow up on overdue accounts receivable.

Review and verify commission calculations.

Generate Sales, Cost of Sales (COS), Gross Profit (GP), and monthly reports.

Analyse Sales, COS, and GP performance to support financial reporting.

Take on other duties and tasks as assigned by the superior.
