Position Title: Shipping Assistant

Working Location: Raffles Place (Near MRT)

Working Hours: 5 working days; Monday-Friday (8.30 AM – 5.30 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical + Dental Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and related paperwork

Communicate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure timely delivery

Track shipment status and provide updates to relevant parties

Maintain accurate records and update databases for shipping activities

Assist with customs clearance, including basic calculation of duties and taxes

Provide administrative support to the logistics team

Any ad hoc duties as assigned

At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding

Knowledge of customs procedures, tariff codes, and import/export processes is a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to organise tasks and manage time effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented and accurate
