Position Title: Cost Estimator

Working Location: MacPherson (near MRT)

Working Hours: 5 Days. Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Carry out technical selection based on project requirements and client specifications.

Analyse project scope and develop detailed cost estimates and breakdowns.

Liaise with clients to understand and clarify the requirements.

Work closely with internal teams to support proposal development.

Prepare and submit quotations and tender proposals accurately and on time.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend budget improvements.

Track and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare reports and documentation using Excel, Word, and in-house systems.

Support proposal progress and ensure timely, quality submissions.

Provide analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Minimum Nitec or Diploma holder.

Preferably with experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Have knowledge with estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Excel) is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
